This is my version of a western-style Sashimi carving/slicing knife in 1/8 x 1.5” 1084 with approx 7” cutting edge.
They are made to order and could take up to three weeks to deliver.
Your knife will differ slightly from the photos due to the hand made nature of this item.
The blade has a rustic etched finish which comes from a hot vinegar soak. 
The handle is made from tiger maple wood that comes from upstate Pennsylvania.
